Mental Dilemma
1. In a state of depression, negative emotions surround the person all the time. This heavy, breathless feeling is like a dense cloth that is difficult to get rid of. Sometimes the people around can not see what is really going on inside. They may sometimes be able to see the silhouette of a struggling person but do not know how to help the person inside escape.

2. In a state of depression, the feeling of sadness and pain is like an unfathomable deep ocean, with waves that come in relentless waves until they overwhelm the person. In such seas, even those who can swim will sink and those who float will exhaust their energy and sink, down to the bottom of the dark sea.

3. In a state of depression, fear and insecurity ultimately trump courage. People become closed off, shutting their real selves in darkened rooms. They can only helplessly choose not to look at the beautiful world outside the window. It is not that they do not want to, they just can not.

4. In a state of depression, the feeling of guilt arises out of nowhere, through no one's fault. Depressed people also know that no one is wrong, but the guilt is uncontrollably absorbed. Relationships and apologies from those around them can make people with depression feel more guilty. Since then, they have fallen into an endless vicious circle of pain.

The photographer himself has also experienced depression. Based on his past feelings, he uses more artistic expression methods to expose the world and feelings of depressed patients to the public.
